City of Helsinki receives the IBM Smarter Cities Challenge report

City of Helsinki has received the IBM Smarter City Challenge report, compiled by an international team of experts. In the collaboration project, the team collected information based on Helsinki city open data and compiled recommendations on the possibilities of joining and visualizing the data.
