The five Nordic capitals are launching the Nordic Independent Living Challenge to find innovative solutions and technologies for the elderly and disabled. The four stage Nordic Independent Living Challenge will have the main prize is 1 000 000 NOK (approx. 120 000 Euros). Furthermore, participants are offered knowledge, mentoring, workshops, matchmaking events, financial support, real-life testing facilities – and a unique opportunity to work directly with the Nordic capitals.
Submission of ideas is open from the 5th of February to 18th of March 2015. (Deadline extended from 15th of March.)
The competition will be launched at eHealth fair held in Messukeskus on the 8th January 2015, starting at 14.30 pm.
